Established process:
Trung Vuong University was established under Decision No. 700/QD-TTg dated May 18, 2010 of the Prime Minister, since then the University has officially been a member of the national education system. After more than 10 years of establishment and development, the University is now a multi-disciplinary and multi-field higher education institution, aiming to be a place of training, scientific research, technology transfer and quality community service. high quality and reputation, has an important position in the country’s higher education system.
Historical milestone:
In 2007, Ms. Ninh Thi Ty – Labor Hero of the Reformation Period (then General Director of Ho Guom Garment Company) together with scientists began to build a project to establish under the auspices of the General Assembly. Vietnam Construction.
After 3 years of preparing the conditions to receive an operating license from the Prime Minister, the founders of Trung Vuong University had to make efforts to complete the following tasks:
– Build full scientific arguments about the necessity of establishing Trung Vuong University according to the Government’s planning in the network of universities nationwide and full economic and technical arguments for the professions that the university The school has a training policy.
– Gather the full number of full-time lecturers of training majors with titles, academic titles, and degrees of lecturers according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
– Prove financial ability, specifically mobilize 30 billion VND in the bank account contributed by the founders to build the school. This is the minimum charter capital prescribed by the state when opening a new university at that time. According to current regulations, the minimum charter capital prescribed by the Government is 1,000 billion VND.
– Regarding infrastructure, it is necessary to fully demonstrate the procedures for granting 15 hectares of land in planning from the local government to build the Trung Vuong University complex in the future.
In February 2010, the school’s Founding Council submitted a complete application for licensing to the Ministry of Education and Training and the Government Office. After nearly 3 months of reviewing and appraising the dossiers, the management agencies submitted it to the Prime Minister for permission to establish.
On May 18, 2010, after nearly three and a half years of building conditions to ensure training quality according to regulations, Trung Vuong University was awarded the Establishment Decision by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Education and Training awarded the Public Decision. receive. Ms. Ninh Thi Ty officially became the first Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the school.
In its development history, after 12 years of operation up to now, the School Council of Trung Vuong University currently consists of 4 members, specifically assigned as follows:

- Increase in the number of students and graduate students at the school
After 12 years of training, Trung Vuong University has 5,000 students. By 2022, the School has enrolled 13 regular university courses; 9 classes have graduated with nearly 10,000 Bachelor’s degrees. Every year, more than 2,000 students study in 8 majors.
Regarding postgraduate training, the school has more than 1,000 graduated students. Currently, Trung Vuong University has nearly 300 graduate students studying in two majors.
The rate of graduates having jobs in the right major according to the survey reached more than 90%, of which many industries reached 100% with high starting salaries and good advancement opportunities.
- Increase both the quantity and quality of full-time staff and lecturers
As of June 6, 2022, the School has more than 100 full-time lecturers who are Professors, Associate Professors, Doctors, Masters and nearly 100 visiting lecturers from domestic and foreign universities.
- Increase in facilities for training
The school has rapidly increased its facilities to serve training. The total land area of the school is nearly 15 hectares to build the school complex at Vinh Phuc campus. Total floor area built in phase 1 for training and scientific research includes: Hall, lecture hall, library, learning resource center, laboratory, practice room, multi-purpose gym, 01 football field, basketball field, national defense and security sports area…
Currently, the school has officially been licensed by the government to add a practice facility with full modern equipment to serve training for students and trainees at Building C, Hoan Kiem Plaza, No. 102. Tran Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
