Vision: Aligning with the Communist Party of Viet Nam’s Decree on the direction of education and training development “Creating fundamental and strong transformations in the quality and effectiveness of education and training, better meeting the demands of national construction and defense, and the learning needs of the people”; closely following the country’s socio-economic development strategy “Fundamentally and comprehensively renew Vietnam’s education system towards standardization, modernization, and international integration.”

Mission: Training highly qualified, multi-disciplinary human resources, with a focus on educational science. Providing community services, contribute to the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc province “Developing culture, effectively implementing social welfare policies” specifically, and the country in general, enhancing the quality of life, ensuring progress, and social equity.
