On the afternoon of September 19, 2025, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Trưng Vương University and Bac Ha International University was solemnly held, marking an important step forward in strengthening cooperation in education and scientific research between the two institutions.
At the ceremony, the leaders of both universities were present: Dr. Nguyễn Huy Oanh – Rector of Trưng Vương University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Quốc Trung – Rector of Bac Ha International University, who directly signed the memorandum of understanding.
According to the agreement, the two sides reached consensus on cooperation in the following key areas:

Faculty exchange: to improve teaching quality, foster professional development, and broaden access to both domestic and international academic experiences.

Student exchange: by semester, course, or program, creating opportunities for students to access new curricula, participate in internships and research, and expand their knowledge, skills, and global outlook.

Scientific research collaboration: through joint research projects, academic conferences, publications, and sharing of research resources.

Expansion of other forms of cooperation: based on supplementary agreements or specific contracts.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyễn Huy Oanh affirmed:
“This cooperation opens up practical opportunities, enabling lecturers and students of both universities to thrive in a high-quality education and research environment.”
Meanwhile, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Quốc Trung emphasized:
“This is not only a connection between two educational institutions but also a commitment to work together toward the goal of training high-quality human resources to meet the demands of international integration.”
The successful signing ceremony has opened a new chapter of cooperation, contributing to the sustainable development of both universities and positively enriching higher education in Vietnam.
