On the morning of October 9, 2025, Trung Vuong University officially held the Appraisal Council meeting for the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Korean Language (major code: 7220210).
The appraisal session aimed to review, evaluate, and finalize the curriculum for the Bachelor’s program in Korean Language, ensuring international integration, academic quality, practical orientation, and alignment with the growing social demand amid the strong development of Vietnam–Korea relations.
The meeting was attended by the University Board of Management, members of the Appraisal Council, and representatives from the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture — the unit in charge of developing the curriculum.
On behalf of the Board of Management, Dr. Pham Nhu Nghe, Vice Rector of Trung Vuong University, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of developing an application-oriented program that ensures learning outcomes and professional competencies for graduates.
Composition of the Appraisal Council
The Council was established under the Decision of Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, Rector of Trung Vuong University, and included distinguished scholars, experts, and lecturers in the field of Korean Language and Culture:

During the session, the Council conducted:
• Appraisal of the program objectives, learning outcomes, and curriculum framework;
• Evaluation of academic soundness, practical relevance, and compliance with the Ministry of Education and Training’s Circulars No. 17/2021/TT-BGDĐT and No. 02/2022/TT-BGDĐT;
• Review and feedback on the integration matrix between objectives, learning outcomes, and course modules;
• Assessment of specialized modules including Korean Translation and Interpretation, Business Korean, Economic Korean, and Korean for Tourism to ensure high applicability and alignment with the current Vietnam–Korea labor market trends.
At the end of the session, the Council highly appreciated Trung Vuong University’s efforts in developing a modern, flexible, and practice-oriented training program that effectively links theory with real-world applications. The Council also proposed necessary adjustments before the program’s official implementation.
The organization of this Appraisal Council marks an important step in Trung Vuong University’s strategy to enhance training quality and expand international academic programs, contributing to the education of high-quality human resources proficient in Korean language and culture, ready for global integration.
