As a strategic investment in Ho Guom Group’s new development phase, the university received a generous gift of 23 billion VND (~$1 million) earmarked for a student startup program. This startup fund will serve as an angel investment fund for entrepreneurial initiatives proposed by Trung Vuong University students. Similar to conventional investment funds, student projects will undergo rigorous evaluation by an assessment council to assess their viability. Projects deemed promising will receive financial support to advance their business ventures. The Trung Vuong Startup Fund is slated to commence operations in the 2022-2023 academic year with plans for continued supplementation in subsequent years.
