The School’s vision closely follows the Party’s Decree on the orientation of education and training development “Creating fundamental and strong changes in the quality and effectiveness of education and training, increasingly meeting the task of building building and protecting the fatherland and the people’s learning needs”; closely follow the country’s socio-economic development strategy “Fundamentally and comprehensively innovate Vietnam’s education system towards standardization, modernization and international integration.
Trung Vuong’s mission is to train highly qualified, multi-disciplinary human resources, in which educational science is the core. Providing community services, contributing to the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc province “Developing culture, well implementing social security policies” in particular and the country in general, improving the quality of life of the People, ensuring progress and social justice.

Practice : Is the standard of truth. Only practice is the only objective standard to affirm truth. A person with advanced qualifications is someone who always completes all assigned tasks well, manages work intelligently, can undertake many different fields at the same time, and is able to handle situations. or unexpected incidents, connect and interact effectively with colleagues, etc., a person with specialized knowledge can provide the deepest reasons leading to a situation, and be flexible in responding.
