In honor of the Trade Union Congress at Trung Vuong University, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has launched a campaign themed “Innovation, Effort, Determination: Excelling in Teaching and Management, Enhancing Labor Productivity, and Committing to Quality.”
Objectives:
- Ensure that 100% of trade union members fulfill their assigned tasks promptly, without causing delays that could impact the university’s reputation.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility among all members, leading by example, actively participating in, and successfully organizing the university’s trade union congress.
- Uphold exemplary conduct and communication standards in the educational environment, aligning actions with words.
- Actively engage in promotional activities for the 2023-2024 academic year, aiming to expand the university’s formal training programs.
This competition aims to promptly identify, nurture, honor, reward, and promote exemplary individuals, new models, and effective methods to propagate best practices within Trung Vuong University. The competition will continue until the end of September 2023. To maximize effectiveness and contribute to the university’s overall development and the growth of the trade union organization, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union urges all members, particularly leaders, to creatively, substantively, and effectively initiate and execute the campaign within their respective units. The outcomes of this competition must yield tangible results and meaningful tasks that directly benefit employees and enhance the university’s reputation.
