In recent years, Trung Vuong University has not only been actively innovating in education and training but also organizing numerous extracurricular activities for students. On January 12, 2023, Trung Vuong University held a calligraphy contest with the theme “Loving Spring TV-Uni 2023,” which attracted the interest of not only students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages but also all students of Trung Vuong University.
Trung Vuong University organized the Calligraphy Contest.
The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huy Oanh (President), Mr. Tang Van Tien (Vice President), Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh (Vice President), as well as Heads and Deputy Heads of faculties, along with all the students of Trung Vuong University.
The University Board and Heads of faculties attended the event.
The program consisted of two main parts:
- A Chinese character writing contest for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
- Performances.
The Chinese character writing contest required finesse, with participants tasked to write characters that held personal significance, expressing the heart, intention, spirit, and strength of the writer. The judges were lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, ensuring fairness and maintaining professional quality throughout the contest.
Through organizing the Calligraphy Contest, Trung Vuong University aims to further promote the spirit of foreign language learning and cultural passion among students majoring in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages, as well as among the entire student body of the university.
