On the afternoon of October 18, 2025, Trung Vuong University held the first meeting of the Appraisal Council for the Doctoral Training Program in Economic Management.

The council consisted of distinguished experts and experienced scholars, including:

Representing Trung Vuong University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hung Son – Vice Rector and Director of the Graduate Training Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. An Nhu Hai – Deputy Director of the Graduate Training Institute, along with members of the Doctoral Program Development Committee.
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hung Son expressed sincere gratitude to the experts and scholars for joining the council. He affirmed that Trung Vuong University has continuously innovated and improved its training quality, particularly at the postgraduate level — an essential mission to strengthen the university’s reputation and credibility. He emphasized that the council’s feedback would serve as a vital foundation for the university to refine the Doctoral Program in Economic Management before submitting it to the Ministry of Education and Training for approval, allowing the university to officially offer the program to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in Phu Tho Province and surrounding areas.
Following this, Assoc. Prof. Dr. An Nhu Hai, Deputy Director of the Graduate Training Institute, presented an overview of the doctoral curriculum in Economic Management.


The establishment of the Appraisal Council for the Doctoral Program in Economic Management marks an important step in Trung Vuong University’s sustainable development strategy in postgraduate education. It demonstrates the university’s commitment to continuously enhancing the quality of training, scientific research, and international educational integration, thereby contributing to the development of high-level human resources for the country in the new context.


After listening to the presentation and reviewing the proposed curriculum, the Council members highly appreciated the program’s relevance, necessity, and practical significance. They commended the university’s strategic vision and well-prepared documentation, including the curriculum content, teaching staff, learning materials, and quality assurance conditions. The program’s objectives, learning outcomes, and structure were evaluated as coherent, modern, internationally aligned, and consistent with Vietnam’s socio-economic development trends.
The Council also recommended that the program further strengthen content related to local practices to better meet regional labor market needs.
At the conclusion of the session, with a spirit of professionalism, openness, and constructive discussion, the Council unanimously approved the Doctoral Training Program in Economic Management developed by Trung Vuong University.
The approval of the program marks a significant milestone — affirming Trung Vuong University’s progress in improving training quality and advancing toward educational integration. The university will incorporate the Council’s feedback to finalize the program, ensuring it meets high academic standards and contributes effectively to the training of qualified human resources for Phu Tho Province in particular and Vietnam in general.
