On the morning of October 8, 2024, Trung Vuong University hosted a partnership signing ceremony with several high schools across Vinh Phuc Province, including Tran Hung Dao High School, Tam Dao High School, Tam Duong High School, Quang Ha High School, and Kim Ngoc High School. This milestone event marked a significant step in strengthening educational collaboration between Trung Vuong University and local high schools, paving the way for comprehensive educational development for students at all levels.

The ceremony took place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere. Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, President of Trung Vuong University, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the purpose of the partnership. He highlighted the importance of fostering strong educational ties between the university and local high schools and the benefits of creating an enriching learning environment to support student growth.
Following this, MSc. Nguyen Duy Ninh, Vice Chairman of the University Board of Directors, expressed his hopes for a long-lasting partnership. He emphasized the positive impact this cooperation will have on local education, particularly in providing high school students with greater opportunities to pursue higher education at Trung Vuong University.
On behalf of the participating high schools, MSc. Phan Thi Hang Hai, Principal of Kim Ngoc High School, expressed her gratitude to Trung Vuong University for organizing the event and stressed the value of this partnership in fostering student development and growth.
After the speeches, the formal signing of the partnership agreements took place. The principals or vice principals from each school, including:
