On October 12, 2023, Trung Vuong University held a joyful and enthusiastic signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Soonchunhyang University, South Korea.
Participants at the signing ceremony included:
- From Chungcheonam Province: Mr. Yi Chae Gu, Head of the Multicultural and Foreign Resident Affairs Department / Head of the Gender Equality and Family Policy Department
- From Soonchunhyang University: Mr. Lim Jae Sam, Ph.D., Head of the Global Education Exchange Support Division, and delegation members
- From Trung Vuong University: Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh, Vice President, and the Dean of the Nursing Faculty
The ceremony covered three main points:
- Signing the MOU between the two universities
- Discussing and agreeing on the collaboration for the Nursing program under the 1+3 (1 year in Vietnam, 3 years in Korea) and 2+2 formats, to be applied to students starting from 2024
- Discussing cooperation on joint training programs in other fields of study at Trung Vuong University
This signing ceremony represents a significant opportunity for Trung Vuong University students to transfer and study in Korea starting in the 2024 academic year. It also opens up opportunities for high school students to enroll in the program and study in Korea.
