In the joyful and proud spirit shared across the country and in harmony with the education sector’s celebrations, Trung Vuong University warmly extends its heartfelt congratulations on the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Education Trade Union (July 22, 1951 – July 22, 2025).

Seventy-four years ago, on July 22, 1951—amidst the nation’s arduous resistance war against French colonialism—the Vietnam Education Trade Union was established. Its founding was not only a historic milestone, but also a powerful affirmation of the crucial role and status of educators and education workers in the mission of “nurturing people” and contributing to national liberation and reconstruction. Over the past 74 years of development, dedication, and growth, the Vietnam Education Trade Union has consistently asserted itself as a strong socio-political organization—a warm and reliable common home that represents and protects the legitimate rights and interests of millions of educators, staff, and workers across the sector.

In step with the country’s transformations, the Trade Union has continuously innovated its content and methods of operation, effectively serving as a bridge between the Party, government, and teaching workforce. It has inspired and motivated each member to devote themselves wholeheartedly to the comprehensive and fundamental reform of education and training.

Sharing in this pride, the Trade Union of Trung Vuong University, under the guidance of higher-level leadership, has been making continuous efforts to uphold its role. The University’s Trade Union has become a solid support for every member—a place to voice aspirations and concerns, and a core force in launching movements such as “Good Teaching – Good Learning” and “Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching, and Learning.” It also focuses on caring for the material and spiritual lives of its members, fostering a working environment of democracy, solidarity, and growth.

On this significant occasion, on behalf of the Party Cell, the Board of Rectors, and all staff, lecturers, employees, and students of the University, we express our deepest gratitude to the generations of leaders and staff of the Vietnam Education Trade Union and trade unions at all levels for their wisdom and dedication to the development of the education sector.

Building on the proud tradition of the past 74 years, the Trade Union of Trung Vuong University is determined to maintain unity and creativity, to continue renewing its operations, and to contribute effectively to the fulfillment of the University’s strategic goals.
