On the afternoon of August 27, 2024, at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Đông Anh, Hanoi), preparations for the exhibition “History and Mission of the National Assembly of Vietnam” took place in a lively and well-organized atmosphere. This special exhibition was held to recreate the 40-year journey of the National Assembly of Vietnam through the language of architecture and technology, offering the public a comprehensive, vivid, and meaningful perspective.
As part of the event, National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn visited many exhibition booths, including those of the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and other cooperating units. Here, he met and interacted with scientists, lecturers, researchers, and artisans across various fields.
Notably, at the booth of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, M.A. Nguyễn Văn Nguyên – former researcher at the Institute of Literature and currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Trưng Vương University – had the honor of writing and presenting a calligraphy work to National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn. With many years of experience researching and teaching calligraphy, including specialized courses for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, M.A. Nguyễn Văn Nguyên contributed a profound cultural imprint, highlighting the harmonious blend between scientific knowledge and traditional arts.

This activity not only nurtures young people’s love for national culture but also helps students develop aesthetic thinking, creativity, and perseverance in their studies.
