On the morning of November 28, 2025, the Trade Union of Trung Vuong University solemnly held its 2nd Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term. This important event marks a new stage in the development of the University’s Trade Union, affirming the solidarity, responsibility, and continuous dedication of its staff, lecturers, and employees.
Summary of the Previous Term and Strategic Orientation for the Future
At the Congress, delegates reviewed the Trade Union’s activities during the 2023–2028 term, assessing key achievements in supporting union members’ welfare, organizing emulation movements, and coordinating effectively with professional departments to improve the quality of education and training. Valuable lessons learned from the previous term serve as a vital foundation for continued innovation and growth.
The Congress also unanimously approved the strategic direction and objectives for the 2025–2030 term, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Key goals include improving the material and spiritual well-being of union members, promoting emulation movements, and fostering a professional and humanistic working environment.
Honoring Outstanding Achievements
As part of the program, the Congress honored outstanding collectives and individuals in the movement “Excellent at Work, Responsible at Home.” This recognition celebrates union members who have made continuous efforts and meaningful contributions to the overall development of the University.
Receiving Guidance from Leadership
The Congress also received important guidance from the Party Cell and the University Council’s leadership. These directives will serve as crucial guiding principles for Trung Vuong University’s Trade Union as it continues to affirm its role and contribute to building a stronger institution in the new phase.
