On November 5, 2024, Trung Vuong University hosted a meeting with Yuan Ze University (Taiwan) to advance initiatives outlined in their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The meeting focused on strengthening joint efforts in education, research, and student exchange, fostering a deeper partnership between the two institutions.

Representing Trung Vuong University were:
- Dr. Pham Nhu Nghe, Vice President
- Assoc. Prof. Ngo Quang Son, Head of Scientific Research and International Cooperation Department and Head of the International Training and Cooperation Institute
- Dr. Nguyen Xuan Dung, Head of Information Technology Faculty
- Representatives from the Foreign Languages Faculty, Economics Faculty, Nursing Faculty, and Scientific Research and International Cooperation Department

Representing Yuan Ze University were:
- Prof. Rung-Bin Lin, Dean of the College of Informatics
- Prof. Tein-Yaw Chung, Dean of the International Academy and Director of the International Bachelor Program in Informatics
- Prof. Quang-Thai Ho, Department of Computer Science and Engineering
- Ms. Nguyen Nhu Hoa, Representative of Yuan Ze University’s Vietnam Outreach Center

Key topics included in-depth discussions on collaborative educational programs such as the 2+2 dual degree program in Information Technology, the 1+4 program, and various short-term study abroad opportunities. These initiatives are designed to enhance the student experience and foster faculty research collaborations.
