On June 12, 2023, at the Hanoi campus of Trung Vuong University, Trung Vuong University and Chungyu University of Film and Arts from Taiwan signed a memorandum of understanding to promote academic exchange and cooperation between the two institutions.

Welcoming Chungyu University of Film and Arts from Taiwan were Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh, Vice President of Trung Vuong University, and Ms. Dao Thi Kieu Nga, Deputy Head of the Admissions and Communications Department of Trung Vuong University, along with other staff members.


According to this memorandum of understanding, Trung Vuong University and Chungyu University of Film and Arts will collaborate in various fields to develop a cooperative relationship between the two universities. Specifically, the cooperation activities will include:
- Conducting reciprocal research study tours.
- Organizing joint conferences and seminars on topics of mutual interest.
- Establishing reciprocal scholarship and support programs.
- Developing new curriculum, teaching methods, and research methodologies.
- Implementing joint management courses on health issues.
- Undertaking other cooperative activities beneficial to both parties.
- Enrolling international students at both universities.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh briefly introduced the training, scientific research, and cooperation activities of the university in recent times, as well as its future development orientation. He emphasized that the cooperation would create opportunities for both parties to leverage their strengths towards long-term, sustainable development.

This is an important step in promoting relationships between universities in Vietnam and Taiwan. Both universities hope that this cooperation will yield positive results for both parties and elevate the relationship between Vietnam and Taiwan to a new level.
