On January 6, 2024, Trung Vuong University held an online meeting with Mr. Denny Dang, the Vietnam Program Director of City University of Seattle, to discuss future cooperation between the two universities.

Representatives from Trung Vuong University included Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, the President, Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh, the Vice President, along with leaders from relevant departments. The meeting also involved the participation of Dr. Dang Van Huan, a representative from the Vietnam Education Consulting and Investment Company (VECI).
During the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh provided an overview of Trung Vuong University’s academic programs, strengths, and strategic directions, expressing the university’s desire to become a strategic partner of City University. He also proposed effective enrollment strategies on behalf of Trung Vuong University.

Subsequently, the two institutions discussed collaboration in various areas such as faculty and student exchanges, the establishment of joint programs like the 1+3 (1 year in Vietnam, 3 years in Seattle, USA) and 2+2 programs, as well as credit transfers for student mobility. Trung Vuong University’s long-term goal is to establish a training center to attract international students to study in Vietnam.
After the discussion, Trung Vuong University and City University agreed to collaborate on developing and implementing cooperation strategies in the near future. Trung Vuong University expects that today’s discussion will open up opportunities for long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two institutions.
