On the afternoon of December 9, 2025, Trung Vuong University solemnly held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with three major partners in the field of Pharmacy, including the Hanoi Pharmaceutical Business Association, FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, and Mastertran Joint Stock Company.

This important event aims to strengthen the linkage between the University and enterprises, toward enhancing the quality of Pharmacy education with an application-oriented and practice-based approach.

Representing Trung Vuong University were Dr. Pham Nhu Nghe – Vice President of the University, along with representatives from relevant faculties, departments, and offices. The strong presence of the University’s leadership demonstrated its firm commitment to promoting enterprise collaboration and expanding learning and employment opportunities for students.

Within the framework of the ceremony, representatives of Trung Vuong University and the partner organizations introduced an overview of their functions, development orientations, and professional strengths. This exchange opened up strong potential for building close cooperation models in training, internships, and the development of high-quality human resources for the Pharmacy sector.

1. Hanoi Pharmaceutical Business Association

- Facilitating field trips and internships at member enterprises.
- Coordinating practical training and organizing thematic sessions on the pharmaceutical market, pharmaceutical management, product development, and industry trends.
- Supporting connections to enterprise networks, enabling students to access a broad pharmaceutical ecosystem.
- Accompanying recruitment activities, prioritizing interviews and recruitment of Trung Vuong University students.

2. FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company

As one of the largest pharmacy chains in Vietnam, FPT Long Chau proposes the following cooperation contents:

- Receiving students for field training and internships at Long Chau pharmacy systems nationwide.
- Providing professional training in pharmacy, including pharmaceutical consultation, customer communication, drug dispensing procedures, inventory control, storage, and drug list management.
- Allowing students to access real operational environments at standard pharmacy outlets.
- Coordinating workshops and career seminars on the labor market and professional pharmacy skills.
- Accompanying research and community health communication activities.
- Prioritizing recruitment of students who meet professional and practical skill standards.

3. Mastertran Joint Stock Company

Mastertran focuses on professional skills training and supporting students’ access to a modern corporate environment:

Receiving students for an 8-week internship at the office in positions suitable to their specialization.
Providing direct training in:
- Communication and consulting skills,
- Business skills,
- Professional workplace etiquette,
- Data management and enterprise-standard workflows.
Coordinating student competency evaluation through work performance and adaptability.
Considering official recruitment for students with excellent internship results.
Supporting the development of soft skills, professional skills, and long-term career orientation.

Recruitment orientation and human resource development

The partner enterprises commit to accompanying the University in competency assessment, job placement, and prioritizing recruitment of students after graduation. This forms an important foundation enabling Pharmacy students to gain early exposure to real professional environments and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
