Trung Vuong University Celebrates International Women’s Day 2025

On the morning of March 7, 2025, Trung Vuong University hosted a special celebration to honor International Women’s Day, creating a warm and festive atmosphere to recognize the invaluable contributions of its female faculty and staff.

The event was graced by distinguished members of the university’s leadership, including Mr. Nguyen Duy Ninh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, President; Mr. Trinh Minh Truong, Vice President & Chairman of the University Trade Union; and Dr. Pham Nhu Nghe, Vice President. Also in attendance were members of the University Trade Union Executive Committee, alongside faculty, staff, and administrators.

 

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ninh extended his heartfelt congratulations to all female faculty and staff, acknowledging their dedication, resilience, and vital role in the university’s success. As a token of appreciation, he presented flower bouquets to representatives of the university’s female employees, symbolizing deep gratitude for their hard work.

Echoing this sentiment, Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, President of Trung Vuong University, expressed his admiration for the university’s female staff, highlighting their essential contributions to teaching, research, and administration. He reaffirmed his confidence in their growing leadership and impact on the university’s future.

In response to the heartfelt sentiments from the university leadership, Ms. Phuong Linh, an officer from the Admissions & Communications Department, delivered a speech on behalf of the university’s female staff. Her sincere and emotional remarks expressed deep gratitude for the leadership’s support and encouragement, as well as the assistance from male colleagues. She also reaffirmed her commitment to making meaningful contributions to the sustainable development of Trung Vuong University.

Celebrating Elegance, Strength, and Unity

A highlight of the event was the “Ao Dai – The Timeless Beauty of Vietnamese Culture” showcase, where female faculty and staff gracefully took the stage in elegant ao dai. The vibrant colors and flowing designs captivated the audience, celebrating both cultural heritage and the timeless beauty of Vietnamese women.

The celebration continued with musical performances under the theme “Songs Honoring Vietnamese Women.” Faculty and staff delivered heartfelt singing, dancing, and instrumental performances, expressing admiration, love, and appreciation for the resilience and sacrifices of Vietnamese women.

The International Women’s Day celebration at Trung Vuong University concluded on a joyful and uplifting note. More than just a tribute, the event fostered a strong sense of unity and camaraderie, further strengthening bonds within the university community and inspiring faculty and staff to continue striving for excellence.
