June 20, 2025 – On the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2025), Trung Vuong University solemnly organized a Commemoration Ceremony and officially launched the Trung Vuong University Scientific Journal, marking a significant milestone in the university’s academic journey and commitment to knowledge dissemination.

The event began with a formal flag-raising ceremony, attended by a large number of delegates, guests, and the entire university faculty and staff. As the national anthem played solemnly, all attendees expressed their patriotic pride and honored the traditions of Vietnam’s revolutionary journalism.

In the opening speech, Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh, Rector of Trung Vuong University, emphasized the profound historical significance of the occasion. He stated:
“On June 21, 1925, the newspaper ‘Thanh Nien’ founded by President Ho Chi Minh marked the birth of Vietnam’s revolutionary journalism. Over its 100-year glorious history, revolutionary journalism has matured and made great contributions to the national liberation struggle and the construction and defense of the country.”

The highlight of the event was the official launch of the Trung Vuong University Scientific Journal. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Quang Son presented an overview of the journal’s development process, including both the print and electronic versions.

The discussion session titled “Developing Academic Journals in the Digital Era – Opportunities and Challenges” attracted active participation from experts and scholars. Delegates shared valuable experiences and insights to help the journal meet national and international standards.
