On the afternoon of November 18, 2025, Trưng Vương University held an important working session with Karlshochschule International University (KHS) of the Federal Republic of Germany to discuss on-site study-abroad models, dual-degree training programs, and mutual recognition of curricula between the two institutions.

The meeting marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between a Vietnamese and a German higher-education institution in a context where international educational integration is becoming increasingly essential.

Key Highlights of the Meeting

1. Opening pathways for study abroad – higher education – and employment in Germany

Both universities are orienting toward the development of on-site study-abroad and international transfer programs, enabling students to access European-standard curricula while expanding opportunities for further study and employment in Germany upon graduation.

2. Building a Vietnam–Germany educational cooperation bridge

The two sides agreed on a shared direction to jointly develop high-quality training programs aligned with European standards, contributing to human-resource development and offering Vietnamese students greater access to global knowledge.

3. Supporting parents and students in understanding global workforce trends

Through this collaboration, students will receive clear career pathways aligned with international labor-market demands, while parents will gain essential information to select effective and cost-efficient educational routes.

Agreement on a Strategic Cooperation Framework

During the working session, Trưng Vương University and Karlshochschule International University (KHS) reached an initial consensus on building a joint undergraduate training model, including:

Standardizing curricula based on German higher-education quality frameworks
Mutual recognition of academic credits and training programs
Creating international transfer opportunities for Vietnamese students
Establishing a transparent, sustainable, and internationally accredited dual-degree pathway

In his remarks, Dr. Nguyễn Huy Oanh – President of Trưng Vương University, emphasized:
