Trung Vuong University Organizes Sports Activities to Celebrate Its 15th Anniversary and Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20)

In celebration of the 15th anniversary of Trung Vuong University and Vietnamese Teachers’ Day on November 20, 2025, the University has launched a series of sports competitions for staff, lecturers, and students across the campus. These meaningful activities aim to create a vibrant atmosphere, strengthen solidarity, promote physical fitness, and build a healthy cultural environment within the Trung Vuong University community.

The sports competitions include men’s football, pickleball, and tug-of-war. The events will take place from November 1 to November 15, 2025, at the University’s sports facilities. The men’s football tournament is expected to feature eight teams, competing in a group-stage format before selecting the two best teams for the final match. The pickleball competition, dedicated to staff and lecturers, will include men’s doubles and women’s doubles, with random pairings and knockout matches. The tug-of-war competition for students will be held on November 15, 2025, with each team consisting of 10 members competing in a single-elimination format.

The closing ceremony and award presentation will be held on the afternoon of November 15, 2025. Awards for each sport include First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize, accompanied by Flags, Trophies, and cash rewards. These awards serve to recognize the fair-play spirit, effort, and dedication of all participating teams.

The event is organized and managed by the Sports Subcommittee, consisting of representatives from the University Board of Directors, administrative departments, and student representatives. The Subcommittee is responsible for coordinating schedules, arranging venues, preparing logistics, managing referees, and ensuring that all competitions take place safely, professionally, and efficiently.

Through this sports series, Trung Vuong University aims to promote unity, dynamism, and enthusiasm among its staff, lecturers, and students. This is also an opportunity for members of the University community to meet, interact, and strengthen bonds—together creating a joyful and meaningful atmosphere leading up to the institution’s important anniversary.
