June 5, 2025 – The Party Cell Congress of Trưng Vương University for the 2025–2027 term was successfully held with the participation of all 17 Party members, under the leadership of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Comrade Hoàng Ngọc Tú.
Reviewing the 2022–2025 Term and Setting Future Directions
The congress reviewed the resolutions and outcomes of the 2022–2025 term and clearly outlined the orientation, goals, tasks, and specific solutions for the Party Cell for the 2025–2027 term.
In the report presented at the congress, Comrade Nguyễn Huy Oanh highlighted the achievements of 2024. During this year, the Party Cell of Trưng Vương University continued to innovate its leadership content and methods, with a strong focus on Party building and strengthening the integrity and effectiveness of the political system.
Key Highlights of 2024
Party committees and organizations worked closely and effectively together to lead and excellently fulfill political and professional tasks. Particularly, political education, ideological guidance, ethics, and lifestyle promotion were well implemented. The dissemination and execution of Party Congress Resolutions and other central documents and directives were effectively carried out.
Approval of Important Documents
During the congress, delegates approved the draft Political Report and engaged in lively discussions, contributing constructive feedback to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the 3rd Congress of the Party Committee of the Business Sector.
Election of the New Executive Committee
One of the congress’s key tasks was the election of the new Party Cell Executive Committee, including the Secretary and Deputy Secretary for the 2025–2027 term. The election results were unanimously approved by all delegates:

Comrade Hoàng Văn Bình, Vice Rector, was elected Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell

Comrade Hoàng Ngọc Tú was elected Party Cell Executive Member
The successful election of the new Executive Committee laid a solid foundation for the Party Cell’s development in the coming years.
The Party Cell Congress of Trưng Vương University for the 2025–2027 term concluded in a spirit of unity and consensus, providing strong momentum for the Party Cell to continue achieving outstanding results in the new term.
