On June 25, 2025, Trung Vuong University successfully held the annual Student Dialogue Program between the University Board of Directors and students. This important annual event aims to listen to students’ thoughts and aspirations, address challenges together, and contribute to building a more modern, high-quality, and student-friendly learning environment.

Goals of the Dialogue Program
The program was organized to create a forum for students to directly exchange, ask questions, and express their opinions to the university leadership. At the same time, it was an opportunity for the university to receive real feedback from students about their learning and training experience; to promptly address questions related to academic matters, tuition, facilities, student life; and to collect student contributions to improve the quality of education and support services.

Key Discussion Topics
During the dialogue, students and university leaders discussed and resolved many important issues. Regarding academic management, students raised concerns about course registration, exam schedules, foreign language learning, and teaching quality. On student affairs, the discussion centered on policies, scholarships, awards, support, and academic counseling.
In terms of academic advising, many students expressed a desire for more frequent and effective communication between faculty and students—especially regarding information dissemination from departments and the university to classrooms.
Issues related to infrastructure, such as lecture halls, dormitories, and campus security, were also raised, with students requesting more modern and comfortable learning and living spaces.
Additionally, union and association activities received a lot of feedback, especially suggestions for more extracurricular programs, soft skills training, and English clubs. Scientific research activities and project registration procedures also drew interest from academically inclined students. Questions about exams, grade review procedures, and test results were satisfactorily answered.
Financial matters, including tuition payment and financial aid policies for disadvantaged students, were also key topics of the dialogue. Moreover, many students contributed ideas regarding the university’s long-term development strategies.
Commitment to Student-Centered Development
Trung Vuong University reaffirms its commitment to always listening to and supporting students—placing them at the center of all educational and training activities. All feedback and proposals from students will serve as guiding principles to help the university improve and grow.
