As the Lunar New Year approaches, Trung Vuong University hosted a lively Banh Chung wrapping contest as part of the “TVUNI Loving Spring 2025” program. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from students across various faculties, creating a joyful and meaningful celebration of Tet traditions.

At the university’s kitchen area, teams from different faculties worked together to craft Banh Chung using traditional ingredients such as dong leaves, sticky rice, mung beans, and pork belly. Beyond showcasing their skills in wrapping these symbolic cakes, students also demonstrated creativity in decorating and presenting their final products.
The organizing committee emphasized that the competition aimed not only to preserve Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage but also to provide an engaging platform for students to strengthen friendships and community spirit. The event allowed participants to immerse themselves in the essence of Tet while enjoying a festive and collaborative atmosphere within their academic environment.
