On the morning of November 7, 2025, Trung Vuong University successfully held the Employee Conference and the 2024–2025 Academic Year Closing Ceremony. The conference aimed to evaluate the outcomes of the past academic year, outline tasks for the 2025–2026 academic year, and promote democratic dialogue between the University and its employees.
The conference was attended by the Presidium, including:
• Mr. Nguyễn Duy Ninh – Vice Chairman of the University Council,
• Mr. Nguyễn Huy Oanh – Rector,
• Mr. Trịnh Minh Trường – Vice Rector, Chairman of the University Trade Union,
along with leaders of departments, lecturers, staff, and employees across the University.
The event began with vibrant musical performances by the Youth Union, creating an enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere for the conference.
During the conference, Rector Nguyễn Huy Oanh delivered the 2024–2025 Academic Year Summary Report, highlighting outstanding achievements in enrollment and communications, training and academic affairs, student services, international cooperation, scientific research, and quality assurance. The University continued to improve its facilities, innovate teaching methods, and expand learning opportunities for students.
Following the report, Mr. Nguyễn Duy Ninh, Vice Chairman of the University Council, addressed the conference, emphasizing that promoting democracy, unity, and sustainable development is essential for enhancing the University’s quality and reputation in the new phase.
Also during the program, the Chairman of the Trade Union presented the summary of trade union activities, the implementation of the collective labor agreement, results of inspections conducted by the People’s Inspection Committee, and the trade union’s action plan for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The conference dedicated time for representatives to share insights and recommendations on teaching activities, working environment, policies, and solutions to improve professional efficiency. All comments were acknowledged and addressed by the Presidium in an open, respectful, and constructive manner.
The conference concluded in a spirit of unity and consensus, demonstrating the collective determination of Trung Vuong University’s leadership, lecturers, and staff to successfully accomplish the goals of the 2025–2026 academic year and to advance sustainable development.
