Simultaneously, the university ensures objective assessments and provides constructive feedback to help lecturers further improve their qualifications.
Speaking at the council meeting, Dr. Nguyen Huy Oanh – President of the University – emphasized that improving training quality is one of the university’s foremost missions. During the evaluation session, the candidates received valuable feedback from the Council, helping them improve their lecture content, teaching methods, and essential skills required for lecturers.
Regarding the recruitment, training, and development of lecturers, Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics – shared that to attract high-quality lecturers, Truong Vuong University has implemented various policies: support mechanisms for lecturers pursuing higher education abroad; support for those who successfully defend doctoral theses domestically and internationally; facilitation of participation in ministerial- and provincial-level research projects; commissioning of key university-level research topics to increase international publications (ISI/Scopus); and other welfare incentives.
